Phil Churchman is a consultant with over twenty years' experience
developing and implementing solutions for some of the world's largest
and most successful companies.
He has worked for three of the biggest names in consulting: Bain, Accenture and Coopers & Lybrand. He also spent three years as Strategy and Planning Director for Aviva, the UK's largest insurance company. He has an MA in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University and is a Chartered Engineer.
Phil now works as an independent consultant specialising in Strategy, Operations & Supply Chain and Information Systems. He is comfortable working in most industry sectors, and has particular expertise in Insurance, Manufactured Products, Chemicals and Distribution. Phil teaches Information Systems and Strategy at the University of East Anglia.
